Information collected at the service form

When you submit a request, the form sends the name and phone number you provide, optional email address, vehicle year, make, model and optional VIN, requested service, insurance choice, and any details you put in the message to Web3Forms for processing. Curtis Glass Center receives website form requests at curtisglasscenter@gmail.com. We use requests we receive to answer you, identify the relevant glass or tint service, discuss scheduling, and help with the insurance information you choose to provide. Please do not put payment card, Social Security, or insurance policy numbers in the message.

Curtis Glass Center keeps received website form emails in that Gmail inbox and deletes them during its annual email cleanup. Contact us to ask about a particular request or to request deletion where applicable.

Information collected when you visit

Curtis Glass Center does not keep an internal customer record from a website visit unless you submit the form. Cloudflare processes technical request and security information, such as IP address, browser information, and the page requested, to deliver and protect the site. We save your cookie choice in your browser. If you actively allow analytics, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager may process information about pages viewed, interactions, and device or browser characteristics to measure site use. Optional analytics remains off until you consent. Those providers may retain data under their own policies and our account settings.

Providers and third-party collection

The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and security, Web3Forms to process service requests, and Google for Gmail and optional analytics. The form submits its fields to Web3Forms before forwarding to Gmail. The site’s consent code instructs Google tags to keep advertising storage and personalization disabled. If you allow analytics, Google may use cookies or similar identifiers and may collect information about your activity over time and across websites or services under its own policies. This notice describes website collection; contact the shop about information you give by phone or in person.

Browser signals and your choices

The site does not use the older browser Do Not Track setting as a separate consent instruction. Optional analytics remains off unless you actively allow it, regardless of that setting. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional analytics off and overrides an earlier choice. You can also reject analytics or change your choice with Cookie settings on this page.
